The Workspace setup is the most comprehensive onboarding flow. A Workspace is the root entity that owns the entire instance of the CMS (e.g., the main holding company or the marketplace owner).
. Blueprint Selection
The very first step in setting up a new Workspace is choosing your architectural Blueprint.
. Billing & Activation
To activate your chosen Blueprint, you must enter a valid payment method.
. Branding
Set up the visual identity of your new CMS instance.
. Communication
Determine how the platform sends automated alerts (like OTPs or Order Confirmations).
. Team Invitation
You do not have to set up the platform alone.
. Completion & API Keys
Once all steps are verified, the wizard finalizes the setup.
