The Documents module allows you to prove ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the brand.

Key Document Types​

  • Trademark Registration: Official documents from national or international patent/trademark offices proving brand ownership.
  • Authorization Letters: If you are the exclusive distributor for a region, upload your signed authorization letter from the global brand owner here.

Managing Renewals​

Trademarks and distribution agreements expire. The platform will track the expiry dates entered during document upload and send you an email alert 30 days prior to expiration.

[!WARNING] If a critical trademark authorization expires without a renewed document being uploaded, your brand may lose the "Verified" badge, or merchants may be blocked from listing new products under your brand.
