The Documents module is a secure vault for your legal and KYC (Know Your Customer) files.

Managing Documents

• Document Status: Track the verification status of your uploaded files (PENDING, APPROVED, or REJECTED).
• Update Expired Files: If a document like a Tax Certificate expires, the platform will prompt you to upload a renewed version here.
• Additional Requests: The Workspace Admin may request additional ad-hoc documents (like an identity proof for a new company director), which will appear here as a pending requirement.

[!WARNING] If a critical document expires and is not replaced within the grace period, your store may be automatically suspended, preventing new sales.
