The QRCode generator allows you to easily bridge offline marketing (flyers, billboards, physical store displays) with your online store.
Static vs. Dynamic QR Codes
- Static QR: Contains the actual URL hardcoded into the visual pattern. If you print 10,000 flyers and the URL breaks, the flyers are ruined.
- Dynamic QR (Recommended): The pattern contains a short link generated by AVCI CMS (e.g.,
qr.yourstore.com/123). The CMS then redirects the user to the final destination.
Creating a Dynamic QR Code
- Click "Create".
- Destination URL: Where do you want the user to end up? (e.g., a specific Campaign page or Product).
- Label: Give it an internal name (e.g., "Summer Magazine Ad - Page 5").
- Generate & Download: The system generates the square image. You can download it as an SVG or high-resolution PNG for your graphic designer to put in a magazine.
Analytics and Updating
- Because it is dynamic, you can click on the QR code in the CMS and change the destination URL at any time. The printed magazine ad will instantly start redirecting people to the new link.
- You can also view exact scan statistics (How many people scanned it? On what days?) to measure the ROI of your offline marketing campaigns.
