Workspace Overview

Menu Path: Workspace Settings > Overview

The Overview section acts as the administrative dashboard specifically for the system-level health and billing of your active Workspace. It is typically only accessible to the "Owner" of the workspace.

Monitoring Usage and Quotas​

Most CMS and cloud platforms bill based on usage. This screen provides full transparency into your consumption.

1. Subscription Plan​

  • Current Plan: See if you are on the "Starter", "Pro", or "Enterprise" tier.
  • Upgrade/Downgrade: If you are hitting your limits, you can initiate a plan upgrade directly from this screen.

2. Live Usage Metrics​

Visual progress bars show you how close you are to your limits for the current billing cycle:

  • Storage Used: E.g., "45GB of 50GB used". If you are near the limit, you may need to visit the Media Library tool to delete old files.
  • Monthly Active Users (MAU): How many unique users logged into your platform this month.
  • API Calls: If you have external apps integrated, track how many requests they are making.

Billing and Invoices​

At the bottom of the overview, you will find a ledger of your relationship with AVCI CMS (not your customers' invoices, but your invoices).

  • You can download past PDF receipts for your accounting department.
  • You can update the primary credit card on file used to pay for your AVCI CMS subscription.
