Welcome to the Organization Portal. This high-level dashboard is designed for Enterprise and B2B clients who act as an umbrella "Parent" entity over multiple sub-merchants or brands.

Purpose​

The Organization Portal allows regional managers, franchise owners, or holding companies to manage cross-entity reporting, consolidated billing, and enterprise staff without logging into individual merchant panels.

Core Modules​

  • Profile: Update corporate details and headquarters information.
  • Documents: Manage enterprise-wide legal documents (e.g., Signature Circulars).
  • Settings: Configure cross-tenant access rules and API rate limits.
  • Taxes & Billing: Manage the master billing address and consolidated payout accounts.
  • Team Management: Invite regional directors who can oversee multiple attached merchants.

[!TIP] Sub-Entity Creation: Depending on the platform's configuration, Organization Admins may have the ability to create new merchants directly from this portal, bypassing the standard public onboarding process.
