Required Documents

• Trade Registry Gazette / Certificate of Incorporation: Proof of the holding company's legal existence.
• Signature Circulars: Notarized documents proving who has the authority to sign binding agreements on behalf of the entire organization.

[!WARNING] If an organization's primary legal documents expire and are marked as invalid by the compliance team, all attached sub-merchants may have their payouts suspended simultaneously until the parent organization resolves the issue.
