Invite corporate staff, regional directors, and finance managers to the Organization Portal.

Roles and Cross-Entity Access​

Users invited to the Organization portal inherently have a wider scope of access than those invited to a specific Merchant portal.

  • Organization Admin: Can manage all enterprise settings, documents, and view aggregated data from all attached merchants.
  • Financial Controller: Can view consolidated sales reports, payouts, and master invoices, but cannot alter operational settings or create new merchants.
  • Regional Manager: Can be assigned a subset of merchants to monitor, providing a localized management layer.

[!TIP] Do not invite store-level employees (like cashiers or warehouse staff) to the Organization Portal. Invite them directly to the specific Merchant Portal they work for via (merchant) > /merchant/team.
