  • Identity Verification: The Identity Number (e.g., TC Kimlik No) is required and validated algorithmically.
  • Contact Details: Valid mobile phone numbers and email addresses are mandatory for OTP verification and legal notices.
  • Residential Address: Must be the applicant's official registered address.
