Organization Setup Overview

Welcome to the Organization Onboarding and Setup guide.

Organizations are the highest-level entity in the platform, typically representing a holding company, a franchise parent, or an enterprise-level B2B client that manages multiple merchants or brands underneath it.

Onboarding Steps​

To legally operate as a parent organization on the platform, the following steps must be completed in the initial onboarding wizard:

  1. Applicant Information: Identifying the primary executive or administrator.
  2. Business Info: Collecting corporate registration and headquarters details.
  3. Documents: Uploading enterprise-level legal documentation.
  4. Bank Details: Setting up the primary corporate account for aggregated payouts.
  5. Declaration: Signing the enterprise agreement.

[!TIP] Since Organizations can have multiple sub-entities (merchants/brands) attached to them, ensuring the accuracy of this root-level information is critical for tax and invoicing purposes.
