3. Document Upload

Route: (setup) > Setup > Organization > Step 3

To activate an Organization account, robust legal verification is mandatory.

Required Uploads​

Organizations must upload official corporate documents, which typically include:

  • Certificate of Incorporation / Trade Registry Gazette: Proof that the company legally exists.
  • Tax Registration Plate/Certificate: Official document showing the company's tax status.
  • Signature Circular: A notarized document showing who has the legal authority to sign on behalf of the company.
Verification Delay

Because Organization accounts are granted high-level privileges (like creating unlimited sub-merchants), the manual review process for these documents by the platform's compliance team may take up to 3-5 business days.
