1. Applicant Information

Route: (setup) > Setup > Organization > Step 1

The first step captures the details of the individual acting as the primary administrator for the Organization account.

Required Information​

  • Full Name: The legal name of the applicant.
  • Role/Title: Must generally be an executive position (e.g., General Manager, CFO, Operations Director).
  • Contact Details: Corporate email address and phone number.
Verification

For security and compliance reasons, organizations are often subjected to stricter KYC (Know Your Customer) rules. The applicant's email must typically match the corporate domain provided in the next steps.

Common Issues​

  • Issue: The onboarding wizard rejects the email address.
  • Solution: Ensure the applicant is not using a free email provider (like @gmail.com). Enterprise onboarding may enforce corporate domain validation.
