Create Merchant
Menu Path: Relations > Merchants > Create
If you are not relying on an automated frontend application process, or if you are onboarding a VIP partner, you can manually create a merchant account from the backend.
Step-by-Step Manual Onboarding
Click "Create" on the Merchants list page to open the registration form.
1. Corporate Identity
You must establish the legal entity of the business.
- Legal Company Name: As it appears on their tax documents.
- Tax Office & Tax Number: Crucial for generating automated commission invoices.
- Corporate Address: The physical location of the business headquarters.
2. Store Details
This is what the end-customers will interact with.
- Store Name: E.g., "Avci Electronics".
- Store Slug: The URL identifier (e.g.,
/store/avci-electronics). It must be unique. - Store Description: A brief bio for the merchant's profile page.
- Logos & Banners: Upload the visual branding for the merchant's storefront.
3. Financial & Commission Settings
Define how money flows between the platform and this merchant.
- Commission Rate (%): Set a specific percentage you will take from their sales. Leave blank if you use global category-based commissions.
- Bank Details (IBAN): Enter the bank account where the merchant will receive their Payouts from the Wallet.
4. User Assignment
A "Merchant" is just a business entity. A human needs to log in to manage it.
- Enter the Email Address of the store owner. The system will automatically create a User account for them and link it to this Merchant entity. They will receive an email to set their password.
