The first step in the brand onboarding process captures the details of the individual applying on behalf of the brand.

Required Information​

  • Full Name: The legal name of the applicant.
  • Role/Title: The applicant's position within the brand (e.g., Brand Manager, CEO, Authorized Signatory).
  • Contact Details: Email address and a verified phone number for emergency contact regarding the application.
Verification

The contact email provided here will be used for all critical onboarding communications, including document rejection notices or final approval confirmations.

Common Issues​

  • Issue: The applicant cannot proceed to the next step.
  • Solution: Ensure all mandatory fields are filled and that the phone number matches the required international formatting standard.
