To prevent intellectual property infringement, brands must verify their identity and legal right to operate under the specified trademark.

Required Uploads

Depending on local regulations and the workspace configuration, brands typically need to upload:

• Trademark Registration Certificate: Proof of brand ownership.
• Authorization Letter: If the applicant is a distributor rather than the direct owner, a signed letter of authorization from the brand owner is required.
• Tax Clearance/Company Registration: Basic corporate identity proofs.

File Formats

The platform accepts .pdf, .jpg, and .png files. Ensure all documents are clear and readable to avoid delays in the manual verification process.

Common Issues

• Issue: Document upload fails repeatedly.
• Solution: Check the file size. Most workspaces restrict individual document uploads to a maximum of 5MB or 10MB to optimize storage.
