5. Final Declaration

Route: (setup) > Setup > Brand > Step 5

The Declaration is the final step of the brand onboarding wizard. It serves as the digital legal handshake between the brand entity and the platform.

Process​

  • Terms of Service: The applicant must review and accept the platform's overarching terms and the specific Brand Agreement.
  • Accuracy Pledge: The applicant digitally signs a statement guaranteeing that all uploaded documents, bank details, and business information are accurate and legally binding.

Submission​

Once the declaration is checked, the applicant can click the Submit Application button.

What happens next?

If "Auto-Approve Brands" is disabled in the workspace settings, the brand's status will change to PENDING_REVIEW. The applicant will be locked out of the catalog management features until a Workspace Admin approves the submitted documents.
