Invoices

Menu Path: Finance & Logistics > Invoices

The Invoices module manages the official billing documents (like E-Fatura/E-Arşiv) required for tax compliance and accounting. While the Orders module shows what a customer bought, the Invoices module proves the legal financial transaction.

Generating or Uploading an Invoice

Invoices are strictly tied to Orders (or Sub-Orders in a Marketplace).

  1. Go to Finance & Logistics > Orders and open an Order detail page.
  2. Locate the Invoice Manager card.
  3. Depending on your system's integration, you have two options:

Option A: Manual Upload

If you generate invoices using external accounting software (e.g., Logo, Paraşüt, Xero):

  1. Export the PDF invoice from your external software.
  2. In the Order's Invoice Manager, click Upload Invoice.
  3. Select the PDF file. Once uploaded, the customer can instantly download it from their "My Orders" page on the frontend.

Option B: Automatic Generation (API Integration)

If your platform is integrated with an E-Fatura provider:

  1. Click the Generate E-Invoice button.
  2. The system automatically sends the customer's billing address, tax number, and purchased items to the government tax portal or integrator.
  3. A verified PDF is returned and attached to the order automatically.

Viewing All Invoices

To see a global list of all invoices issued across the platform:

  1. Navigate to Finance & Logistics > Invoices.
  2. Here you can filter invoices by Date, Merchant, or Amount.
  3. This list is highly useful for end-of-month accounting reconciliations. You can bulk download these PDFs to send to your accountant.
