Relations
The Relations module group acts as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) core of your platform. This is where you track, manage, and engage with every entity that interacts with your businessโbe it a standard end-user, a corporate merchant selling on your marketplace, or the physical locations where your events take place.
By centralizing these profiles, you can easily tie a customer's history to their orders, payments, and support tickets.
Modules in this Groupโ
- Users: Manage end-customers. View their profiles, address books, purchase histories, and manage their account status (Active/Suspended).
- Merchants: Control the vendor profiles for marketplace models. Approve new merchants, set commission rates, and manage their store settings.
- Organizations: Group multiple users under corporate accounts. Useful for B2B models where an organization pays for its employees.
- Places: Manage physical venues, stores, or event locations complete with map coordinates, capacities, and address data.
- Brands: Maintain a global list of product brands. This ensures data consistency (e.g., preventing variations like "Nike" and "NIKE" from fragmenting the catalog).
- Contact Forms: Review and reply to inbound inquiries submitted by visitors via your website's contact pages.
