Brands

Menu Path: Relations > Brands

The Brands module maintains a master list of all product brands sold or showcased on your platform.

Instead of allowing merchants or admins to type brand names freely (which leads to messy data like "Apple", "APPLE", "Apple Inc."), you force them to select from this predefined list when creating a Product.

Managing Brands

1. Navigate to Relations > Brands.
2. Click "Add New" to create a new brand profile.

Brand Details

• Name: The official name of the brand.
• Slug: The URL used to filter products by this brand (e.g., /brands/nike).
• Logo: Upload a high-quality logo. This is often displayed on product detail pages or in a "Shop by Brand" carousel on your homepage.
• Description: A short history or SEO-friendly text about the brand.

Linking Brands

Once a brand is created here with a PUBLISHED status, it instantly becomes available in the dropdown menu inside the Catalog > Products creation form.
